Instead of just driving lag bolts through the shingles, we lift the existing shingles and slide a heavy-duty metal flashing underneath. This flashing creates a physical barrier that directs water completely away from the roof penetration.
Once the specialized flashing is in place, we drive the lag bolt directly into the structural rafter of your roof—not just the decking. The penetration point is then injected with a high-grade, weather-resistant sealant. The result is a watertight seal that is often stronger and more resilient than the original roof itself, guaranteed to withstand everything from intense Texas heat to driving rain.
