If you have a corrugated metal roof, penetrations are required, but they are handled with surgical precision. We use specialized brackets equipped with thick EPDM rubber gaskets. When the lag bolt is driven into the roof purlin, the gasket compresses against the metal, creating a permanent, watertight seal that expands and contracts with the changing Colorado seasons.
