Once the specialized flashing is in place, the lag bolt is driven directly into the structural rafter of your roof. The penetration point is then injected with a high-grade, weather-resistant sealant designed to withstand extreme Colorado freeze-thaw cycles without cracking. The result is a watertight seal guaranteed to keep your home dry during the heaviest spring melts.
