The Florida Solar Panel Installation Process & HOA Rights

1. Utility Analysis & System Design: We custom-engineer a Tier-1 system specifically sized to wipe out your FPL or Duke Energy bill. Furthermore, all Florida installations are engineered to withstand extreme Category 5 wind loads.
2. HOA Compliance (Florida Statute 163.04): Under Florida law, Homeowners Associations are explicitly prohibited from banning solar panels. They cannot prevent you from installing panels on the south-facing side of your roof if that is the optimal location for production. We manage all architectural committee paperwork to enforce your rights.
3. Permitting & Installation: We secure all local county and municipal building permits. The physical installation is typically completed in 1 to 2 days.
4. Permission to Operate (PTO): After local building inspections are passed, the utility company grants PTO, and your system goes live.
