We carefully remove the specific tile where the mount will go, secure the heavy-duty lag bolt and flashing directly into the roof rafter, and then place a specialized metal replacement tile over the mount. This metal tile mimics the exact shape of your existing tiles while providing a totally waterproof seal against melting snow.

Our installation crews are specifically trained in navigating delicate tile roofs. We distribute weight carefully and keep replacement tiles on hand during the installation process so that if a pre-existing brittle tile does happen to crack, it is swapped out immediately.
