Instead, we use a sophisticated tile replacement mounting system. We carefully remove the specific tile where the mount will go, secure the heavy-duty lag bolt and flashing directly into the roof rafter, and then place a specialized metal replacement tile over the mount. This metal tile mimics the exact shape of your concrete tiles while providing a totally waterproof seal.

Our installation crews are specifically trained in navigating delicate Texas tile roofs. We distribute weight carefully and keep replacement tiles on hand during the installation process so that if a pre-existing brittle tile does happen to crack, it is swapped out immediately, leaving your roof in better condition than we found it.
